On the strength of the industrial expertise that has been fostered and developed in Montluçon, the town is today perfectly placed for a second wave of industrialisation. Industrial waste ground has given way to the Loue Business Park which now boasts new investment in the form of 30 companies occupying some 35 000m2 of building space. As a result of numerous partnerships, and the development of training networks, there is a renewed feeling of confidence which in turn has helped to spur economic growth.
